Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with

production and designing teams

for new product developments. Work closely with the

Head Designer, Sales Head, and PDD Manager

to develop new designs as per customer specifications. Understand and evaluate

silver & gold weight, costing, budgeting, and offer calculations

for various jewellery products. Prepare and analyze

cost sheets, quotations,and budgeting.

Ensure product feasibility by coordinating with the production team. Maintain strong product knowledge --

jewellery components, findings, gemstones, beads, and metal types

. Handle sale team queries and follow up on offers and briefings. Participate in

price negotiations and coordination

to ensure competitive pricing Keep track of market trends, competitor offerings, and new design inspirations.

Key Requirements:

Minimum

3-5 years of experience

as a Merchandiser in the

Gems & Jewellery

industry. Strong understanding of

jewellery production, design development, and costing processes

. Excellent knowledge of

precious metals, gemstones, beads, and jewellery components

. Proficient in

Excel

for costing and reporting. Good communication and coordination skills across departments. Strong analytical, negotiation, and time management abilities. Detail-oriented with a creative and problem-solving approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
