Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Sales Coordinator cum EA to join our Enterprise Sales Team. The accountability and responsibility of this role entails providing Sales Operational Support to our Sales Team. A successful Sales Coordinator should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Job Profile:

Assist in client communication, proposals, and order follow-ups Maintain CRM and sales reports. Coordinate with internal teams (production, accounts, logistics) Support trade shows, exhibitions, and sales events 05 Manage Director's calendar, travel, and meetings Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents Liaise between management and stakeholders Handle confidential communication and documentation

Requirements

:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a similar combined role or relevant administrative/sales support function. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and CRM platforms.
