Job Description

Role Purpose:



The Sales Coordinator is the

control tower

of the sales team. This role ensures that

all sales activities are accurately tracked

, supports sales executives in administrative tasks, enforces discipline in CRM usage, provides actionable insights, and ensures the

real productivity of the sales team is visible daily

.

This person will

free salespeople from administrative load

, ensure

data integrity

, and act as the

first line of early warning

when sales metrics are off-track.

Key Responsibilities:



CRM & Data Management


? Ensure all sales activities (visits, requirements, quotations, follow-ups, orders) are

entered in CRM accurately and on time

.

? Verify the authenticity of data entered and flag any

inconsistencies or falsifications

immediately.

? Maintain structured records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and conversions.

Sales Support


? Assist sales executives in

organizing their day, follow-ups, and paperwork

, without doing market work on their behalf.

? Streamline quotation preparation, order tracking, and client documentation.

? Ensure sales team spends

maximum time in the market

, minimizing office admin time.

Discipline & Accountability


? Enforce

daily discipline

: number of visits, requirements captured, quotations sent, follow-ups done.

? Track and report

gaps in performance or adherence

to process.

? Act as the

truth enforcer

to prevent data manipulation or false reporting.

Insights & Reporting


? Generate

daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards

showing visits, enquiries, quotations, closure rates, and average order values.

? Identify

early warning signals

when numbers deviate from targets.

? Analyze trends, bottlenecks, and reasons for underperformance.

Coordination


? Serve as the

bridge between sales executives and management

, ensuring smooth flow of information.

? Prioritize issues requiring management attention and escalate when necessary.

? Help the sales team

implement corrective actions

based on insights, without replacing their role in the market.

Process Improvement


? Suggest improvements in CRM usage, reporting, and workflow to increase

sales efficiency and visibility

.

? Conduct periodic checks to ensure

all processes are followed correctly

.

sales coordination, sales operations, or sales support

role.

? Strong experience with

CRM systems

data management

? Ability to

analyze metrics, identify bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions

.

? Exceptional organizational and

time-management skills

.

? Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable enforcing discipline without conflict.
