Job Description

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing daily coordination activities, handling customer follow-ups, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth sales operations.

Reporting To:

Sales Manager / Sales Head

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate and support day-to-day activities of the sales team Handle customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and MIS reports Maintain sales data including targets, achievements, and pending orders Coordinate with customers, dealers, and internal departments Track order processing, delivery status, and payment follow-ups Assist in preparing sales review and performance reports Update and maintain records in CRM / ERP systems

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Graduate (Commerce background preferred) 1-3 years of relevant experience (freshers with good skills may be considered) Good communication skills in English and Hindi Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer applications Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills

Pay: ₹9,764.48 - ₹18,000.00 per month
