We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with day-to-day operations. This role helps keep sales activities organized, ensures smooth coordination between teams, and supports order processing and customer communication. Think of this role as the backbone of the sales team.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team to manage orders, quotations, and follow-ups
Prepare sales reports, MIS, and daily/weekly performance updates
Handle customer inquiries and support the sales team with timely information
Coordinate with dispatch, accounts, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order execution
Maintain customer records, price lists, and documentation
Track payments, pending orders, and assist in basic credit follow-ups
Support sales planning and promotional activities
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in sales coordination or sales support
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of sales processes and documentation
Comfortable working with Excel, emails, and ERP/software systems
Ability to multitask and handle pressure during peak sales periods
Experience in construction materials or related industry is a plus
