A coordination-driven role where you support sales operations, manage customer interactions, and ensure every order is processed with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all incoming customer calls and take orders professionally.
Maintain order sheets, daily logs, and update all records accurately.
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and dispatch teams for order status and delivery timelines.
Follow up with customers for confirmations, clarifications, and post-order support.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and essential sales documentation.
Manage CRM entries, sales trackers, and daily reporting.
Ensure smooth communication across internal teams for timely execution.
Skills Required
Strong communication and customer-handling skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, documentation, and basic computer operations
Ability to multitask with attention to detail
Prior experience in sales support or admin coordination preferred
