Skills Required :
Good communication and telephone etiquette.
Basic knowledge of furniture products (training will be provided).
Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Make calls to the provided leads and understand customer requirements.
Follow up with potential customers to ensure timely conversion.
Maintain and update lead records in CRM or Excel.
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and client requirements.
Assist in after-sales coordination for deliveries and feedback.
Handle basic customer queries and escalate issues when needed.
Support the overall sales operations to achieve monthly targets.
