Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist the sales team with daily coordination, follow-ups, and client communication. Handle inquiries from prospective buyers and schedule property visits. Maintain and update client databases, leads, and sales reports. Prepare and manage booking forms, agreements, and related sales documentation. Coordinate with marketing teams for campaign updates, leads tracking, and promotional activities. Support management with regular sales performance reports and dashboards. Follow up on payment schedules, pending documents, and customer service requests. Ensure smooth communication between customers, site teams, and back-office departments. Handle administrative support for meetings, calls, and events related to real estate sales.

Requirements:



Education:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).

Experience:

1-3 years in real estate sales coordination or related administrative roles.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of CRM tools or real estate ERP software (preferred). Customer-focused and result-oriented approach.
