The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in achieving their targets by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with clients, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to maintain efficiency in the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
Coordinate with clients to follow up on inquiries, payments, and delivery schedules.
Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and reports.
Communicate with internal departments (accounts, logistics, operations) to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Track sales performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Handle correspondence, emails, and documentation related to sales.
Support in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing calendars for the sales team.
Ensure all client interactions and transactions are properly documented and filed.
Assist in maintaining customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving client issues or complaints promptly.
Coordinate with marketing for promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role (preferred).
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of CRM or ERP systems is an added advantage.
