We are looking a good candidate for sales executive. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Sales/Business Development (B2B preferred)
Skills Required
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to achieve targets and thrive in a performance-driven environment
. Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel extensively within the city/region.
Graduation (any discipline), MBA preferred
Business Development-
Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
.Generate new business leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and ensure regular follow-ups.
Sales Execution -
Present and explain products/services to clients with clarity and professionalism.
Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsPrepare proposals, quotations, and contracts as per client requirements.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM.
Client Relationship Management -
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
Collect feedback and coordinate with internal teams for service improvements.
Reporting & Coordination -
Submit daily reports of calls, meetings, and client updates.
Work closely with operations and support teams for smooth execution.
Keep management informed about competitor activities and market trends.
