Administrative Support

: Handle tasks like document creation, record-keeping, data entry, and managing sales databases and customer information.

Sales Process Coordination

: Ensure smooth execution of sales operations by managing order processing, tracking sales orders, and monitoring stock levels.

Communication Hub

: Serve as a point of contact between the sales team, customers, and other departments (like marketing, production, or logistics), ensuring timely follow-ups and efficient information flow.

Reporting & Analysis

: Create and maintain sales reports, track sales performance against targets, and analyze data to provide insights for strategy optimization.

Customer Interaction

: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience to build strong client relationships.

Sales Team Support

: Assist sales representatives with their schedules, provide them with necessary information and materials, and help organize sales meetings or events.
