Sales Coordinator Profile
Roles and responsibilities (new and after sales support)
? Process and manage sales orders from entry to completion, ensuring all details are
accurate and communicated effectively to the relevant stakeholders.
? Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing sales documents,
reports, and presentations.
? Handle and resolve any customer inquiries or issues related to their orders,
deliveries, and shipments.
? Help generate and follow up on sales quotations/proposals for clients.
Sales and operations coordination
? Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and transport teams to ensure we get the
relevant details helpful for proposal creation.
? Monitor and manage Capex coordination with warehouse staff to ensure stock
accuracy.
Client and vendor management
? Maintain strong relationships with customers, providing timely updates on their order
status and resolving any concerns.
? Communicate with vendors and logistics providers to negotiate rates and coordinate
services.
? Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing issues related to
transportation and deliveries.
Reporting and analysis
? Run and consolidate recurring sales and logistics reports for management.
? Use logistics and sales data to analyse performance metrics, identify trends, and
recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
? Maintain accurate records and logs of stock, orders, and executed shipments to
answer any client complaints/query.
Compliance and safety
? Ensure that all orders and shipments comply with company policies, local
regulations, and export/import laws.
? Support quality control processes by reporting any product damage or non-
conformance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
