? Punching Orders
? Establish active communication
and engagement with export,
production & dispatch teams to
ensure that orders are processed
promptly
? Support export team by
completing orders and keeping
customers informed of delays
and delivery dates
? Contribute to overall customer
satisfaction by promptly
answering emails and handling
their phones
? Maintain organized records of all
relevant activities like orders,
sales, pendencies, etc and report
to relevant team when required
? Schedule product audits
whenever necessary
? Maintain files systems and
database of sales records
? Coordinate between customer
and factory.
