Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team to manage daily activities and follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, quotations, and project-related documentation.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and agreements.
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and technical teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Any degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
Knowledge of construction materials/equipment (added advantage).
