Sales Coordinator We are looking to hire a diligent & efficient Sales Coordinator to join our team. Your responsibilities will include supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other teams, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities of a Sales Coordinator Your main responsibilities will include: Boosting sales effectiveness & productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring up-to-date sales materials Assisting sales teams with administrative tasks and coordination Handling sales logistics and shipment coordination Handling sales inquiries and orders by phone or email Preparing and processing sales orders and quotations Assisting with sales presentations and materials preparation Developing and maintaining a filing system for managing sales databases and updating sales records Collaborating with marketing and finance teams on sales-related tasks Requirements of Sales Coordinator You have a diploma/degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field You have solid prior experience in a similar role You possess excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills You have strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills You work well in matrix environments requiring you to work with a wide range of stakeholders Good knowledge in Tender paper work and Gem portel experiece is must Job Type: Full-time Pay: From 20,000.00 per month Benefits:
