The primary responsibility for the role is to work closely with Sales leader both (MUNI & GWI) & team and ensure there is effective coordination & documentation of activities related to projects / events.

What is the job about?

Overall, your tasks will cover:

  • Responsible for Co-ordination of sales and service with team of sales executives and service executives for achieving company\'s sales strategy & goals every month.
  • Responsible for coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment across the business.
  • Initiate and coordinate activities and projects that actively engage employees across the unit.
  • Create an overview, establish, and maintain a communication platform to ensure easy access to information for all stakeholders in the organization.
  • Coordinate, document and report Sales related information to internal stakeholders.
  • Analysis and interpretation of sales data with the Regional Head
  • Co-coordinating with sales team, dealers, and customers for orders.
  • Coordinating with accounts department for invoices
  • Preparation sales analysis & attending and coordinating with clients as and when necessary
  • Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team
  • Contribute to overall customer satisfaction
  • Establish effective communication and engagement with sales representatives
  • Collaborate with senior sales staff in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports
  • Coordinate sales team by organising schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reportsInform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
Your Background:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in engineering/business with minimum 1 year to maximum 4 years of experience in sales coordination, customer interaction, administration and business support .
  • should be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to communicate, follow up, document, report and align with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Some experience supporting key business initiatives.
  • Ability to work effectively
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize
  • Good ,practical and persuasive communication skills.
  • Passionate, hard worker and well organized professional with power to prioritize and balance responsibilities.
  • Should exhibit sound judgment, discretion and preserve confidentiality.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
