Handle client inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups
Coordinate with internal departments (production, dispatch, accounts) to ensure timely delivery
Maintain and update sales records, reports, and customer databases
Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and documentation
Follow up on pending payments and documentation
Communicate professionally with customers and resolve queries efficiently
Support in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requisite Skills:
Female candidate with an engineering background (any stream)
6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or support role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team
