Role Objective



The Sales Coordinator will support the CEO in managing sales operations, customer coordination, internal follow-ups, and CRM discipline. This role acts as a

central control point

between the CEO, sales team, service team, and customers to ensure timely closures, accurate reporting, and smooth execution of orders for Faraday Ozone's ozone-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities



1. Sales Coordination & Support



Coordinate day-to-day sales activities across

segments

Track enquiries, proposals, negotiations, and order closures Follow up with sales engineers for quotations, revisions, and customer responses Ensure timely submission of tenders, bids, and technical-commercial documents

2. CRM & Sales Reporting



Maintain

accurate CRM data

(leads, opportunities, customer details, deal stages) Prepare

weekly and monthly sales dashboards

for CEO review Track sales pipeline, conversion ratios, and pending closures Highlight delays, risks, and action points to the CEO

3. Customer Communication



Act as a single point of coordination for key customers when required Schedule customer meetings, calls, and demos Support preparation of customer presentations, proposals, and MOMs Ensure professional communication and follow-up discipline

4. Internal Coordination



Coordinate with

Engineering, Production, Service, and Finance teams

for: Technical clarifications Delivery timelines Installation & commissioning planning Invoice and payment follow-ups Ensure order handover from sales to execution is complete and documented

5. CEO Office Support



Prepare sales summaries, review notes, and action trackers for CEO meetings Assist in strategic initiatives such as new product launches, channel onboarding, and key account reviews Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and customer information

Key Deliverables (KPIs)



100% CRM data accuracy and discipline Timely follow-up on all open opportunities Weekly sales status reports without delay Improved order closure cycle time Reduction in missed follow-ups and customer escalations

Required Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in

Business, Engineering, or Commerce

0-3 years experience in

B2B sales coordination / sales operations


Required Skills & Competencies



Strong coordination and follow-up skills Excellent written and verbal communication Good understanding of

technical sales workflows

Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel / Google Sheets, PowerPoint Ability to work closely with senior leadership High attention to detail and structured working style
