Job Summary

Client Relations / Sr. Sales Co-ordinator

Reports to: Director

Work Location: RAJLAXMI COMPLEX, KAHLER, BHIWANDI

Inhand salary : Rs.20,000/- to 25,000/-

Benefits: Paid leaves, EPF

Responsibilities and Duties

Scope:

Act as a Management representative for the customer

Build relationships with key employees among customers

Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied

Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms

Pre-Sales:

Review of enquires, sending an initial response to customers

Prepare techno-commercial offer

Coordinate with design, technical, production for artwork & sample approval

Coordinate vendor registration & factory visits

Post-Sales:Required Experience, Skills and QualificationsBenefits

Send order acceptance after reviewing the orders in accordance with quotation & technical documents submitted & negotiated

Ensuring timely execution of orders by regular monitoring and follow up with design, purchase, production, and commercial

Coordinating with customers for pre and post-dispatch formalities

Act as point of contact for complaints and resolve/escalate issues as appropriate

Follow up for payment as per agreed terms

B Com with 3 to 5 years' experience in sales & support preferably in the packaging field

Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication

Fast learner, networking skills, high energy

Strong negotiation skills and understanding of business principles

Vardhman Packaging Solutions, established in 2009, is a leading design, printing & packaging company catering to clients such as Amazon, Tata, Reliance, etc. Our production facility at Kahler, Bhiwandi has a total shop floor area of over 22000 Sq. Ft. The plant has some of the latest machinery available for converting and corrugating along with latest multi-color flexographic and rotary die cutting/punching machines.
