Gather contact details and decision-makers for outreach.

Cold Outreach & Follow-ups
Reach out via phone, email, or LinkedIn to introduce ALOR's services.
Set up appointments or introductory calls for senior sales/technical team.
Maintain and nurture early-stage leads until ready for handoff.
3.
Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with internal teams to understand technical capabilities and success stories.
Support proposal creation and basic responses to client queries.
4.
Reporting & CRM
Maintain structured lead records in Excel/CRM.
Provide weekly reports on lead generation efforts, success rates, and planned actions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Graduate in Engineering, Business, or related fields.
1-3 years of B2B business development or inside sales experience.
Familiarity with CAD services, 3D design, or 3D printing (preferred).
Fluent in English and Hindi/Gujarati for client communication.
Basic technical understanding of engineering/product design is a plus.
Strong communication, persuasion, and research skills.
