Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

1.

Lead Generation (Primary Focus)



Identify potential clients in industries such as: Engineering design firms Manufacturing & fabrication units Product startups Inventors or R&D departments Use tools such as IndiaMart, Justdial, LinkedIn, and local trade directories. Gather contact details and decision-makers for outreach.
2.

Cold Outreach & Follow-ups



Reach out via phone, email, or LinkedIn to introduce ALOR's services. Set up appointments or introductory calls for senior sales/technical team. Maintain and nurture early-stage leads until ready for handoff.
3.

Collaboration & Coordination



Work closely with internal teams to understand technical capabilities and success stories. Support proposal creation and basic responses to client queries.
4.

Reporting & CRM



Maintain structured lead records in Excel/CRM. Provide weekly reports on lead generation efforts, success rates, and planned actions
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
