Job Summary:



We are seeking a proactive

Sales Coordinator - Channel Sales

with 1 year of experience to support channel partners and the sales team in the broadband industry. The role involves coordination with distributors, dealers, and internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations, order processing, and partner support.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate with channel partners (distributors, dealers, retailers) Support channel sales team in daily operations Prepare sales orders, CAF documents, and activation requests Maintain sales MIS, channel performance reports, and data records Follow up on installations, activations, and customer onboarding Coordinate with technical, provisioning, and billing teams Handle partner queries related to plans, pricing, and schemes Track targets, incentives, and achievement reports Ensure proper documentation and compliance Assist in new partner onboarding and communication

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Graduate in any discipline Minimum

1 year experience

in sales coordination / channel sales Experience in

broadband / telecom industry

preferred Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication Basic understanding of channel sales processes Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
