Job Description

Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing quotations, order processing, customer coordination, and internal communication between sales, engineering, and operations. The role requires strong coordination skills, technical understanding of automation products, and customer-focused communication.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Support & Coordination:

Prepare and follow up on techno-commercial quotations for automation products and solutions Coordinate with sales engineers, design, and procurement teams for costing and technical inputs Maintain sales orders, proforma invoices, and documentation Track order status and ensure timely execution and dispatch
Customer Interaction:

Act as a single point of contact for customers for order-related communication Handle customer inquiries, RFQs, and basic technical clarifications Coordinate with customers for delivery schedules, documentation, and payment follow-ups
Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain sales data, MIS reports, and CRM updates Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and pipeline tracking Ensure proper filing of contracts, PO copies, and compliance documents
Internal Coordination:

Liaise with engineering, production, stores, and logistics teams Support post-order activities including delivery, installation, and commissioning coordination Assist in tender documentation and bid submissions
Products / Domain Exposure:

PLC, SCADA, HMI Industrial Sensors & Drives (VFD, Servo) Control Panels & Electrical Automation Robotics / Motion Control (if applicable)
Skills & Competencies:

Good understanding of industrial automation products Strong coordination and communication skills Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Zoho, SAP, Oracle - preferred) Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
