Job Role

Handle sales inquiries and manage email communication efficiently. Prepare and share accurate quotations as per customer and project requirements Coordinate closely with sales teams for order processing and payment follow-ups Manage and support

corporate accounts

and long-term clients Build and maintain relationships with

consultants, architects, contractors, and PMC teams

Track leads, follow-ups, and ensure smooth sales coordination from inquiry to order Identify prospective clients and support business development activities

Candidate Profile

Experience:

3-5 Years in Sales Coordination / Pre-Sales / Inside Sales

Education:

Diploma / Degree (Technical background preferred)

Computer Skills:

MS Office (Excel, Email, Documentation)

Soft Skills:

Strong business communication & client engagement Convincing approach with problem-solving ability Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
