The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including maintaining sales records and updating CRM systems.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for seamless sales processes.
Handle inquiries, prepare proposals, and manage follow-ups with clients.
Schedule property tours, meetings, and presentations.
Monitor sales metrics and prepare periodic reports.
Ensure accurate documentation and contracts for all transactions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related discipline.
1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or support roles.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
