Job Summary:



We are looking for a female candidate for the position of Sales Coordinator to handle customer inquiries, calls, emails, documentation, and coordination with the sales team. The candidate should have good communication skills and knowledge of MS Excel and Word.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer calls and respond to product or service inquiries.

Manage and reply to business emails professionally.

Prepare, maintain, and organize quotation and enquiry documents.

Follow up with clients through calls or emails.

Update and maintain customer and enquiry records in MS Excel.

Prepare reports, letters, and basic documents using MS Word.

Coordinate with the sales and accounts team for smooth daily operations.

Maintain proper filing and documentation for all sales activities.

Requirements:



Any Graduate

Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email communication.

3 to 5 years of experience in office coordination or sales support.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Well-organized, responsible, and confident personality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
