Role & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients and the sales team to process orders and follow-ups.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email professionally.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and order confirmations.
- Maintain and update sales records, reports, and client databases.
- Follow up on payments with clients.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets and customer satisfaction.
- Creating Data base
- Create and send promotional emails to potential and existing customers.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales coordination or admin role
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi, English, and Assamese)
- Strong organisational and multitasking ability
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
