The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team in day-to-day operations. This includes handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating order processing, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and assist the sales team with daily tasks and follow-ups.
Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and order confirmations.
Handle customer calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Maintain and update sales records, reports, and customer databases.
Coordinate with dispatch/logistics and accounts teams for order and payment status.
Follow up with clients for orders, payments, and delivery schedules.
Assist in preparing sales MIS reports and maintaining documentation.
Support marketing and promotional activities as required.
Requirements:
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
1-3 years in sales coordination, customer support, or back-office operations.
Skills:
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
Attention to detail and multitasking capability
