Job Description

Experienced and motivated Sales Coordinator with

? excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

? demonstrated knowledge of administration best practices and operations.

? practical knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Spreadsheets with strong IT and typing skills

? Calendar and Travel Management skills

? office correspondence, filings and all office systems and housekeeping services

? Scheduling appointments with clients and salesperson, (On Call/ Email / Face to Face meeting) for further development and closure of the Lead.

? Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

? Daily follow-up to establish the right contact and customer requirement.

? Collaborate with appropriate sales team members to determine the necessary strategic sales approaches.

? Prepare Sales reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and reporting the same for management analysis regularly.

? Provide day-to-day communication support, handling documentation and facilitating coordination of Business Development and Sales Coordination Activities.

? Preparation of offers, orders and updating the records on excel sheets on a day-to-day basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
