Accurately enter and process customer orders into the system, verifying details such as product availability, pricing, and customer information.
Order Verification:
Review order information for accuracy and completeness before processing.
Customer Communication:
Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and any issues or discrepancies.
Coordination:
Collaborate with other departments (sales, customer service, inventory, logistics, dispatch) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of orders, including tracking information and any relevant documentation.
Problem Solving:
Resolve order discrepancies, address customer inquiries, and escalate issues as needed.
Reporting:
Generate reports related to order processing, inventory, and other relevant data.
Looking at somebody with 2+ years of experience in similar role.
Mandatory skills:
MS Excel
Good computer literacy (emails, etc)
Should be able to communicate with multiple departments
Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Good team development and leadership skills
Go-getter and confident.
Working days: Monday to Saturday 10am to 7pm
Office location: Andheri East, 15 min walk from railway and metro stations.
