To ensure smooth coordination between sales, technical, warehouse, and operations teams by managing daily field activities, inventory movement, demo tracking, and MIS reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination (Primary)
Daily morning coordination with technical staff
Communicate daily targets, routes, demos, and customer visits
Coordinate between sales, technical, warehouse, and finance teams
Product & Inventory Management
Track product dispatch and daily consumption
Maintain inventory and reconciliation records
Ensure stock availability with warehouse coordination
Demo & Sales Support
Track product demos and conversion status
Follow up with teams on demo outcomes
Assist in salon onboarding and route planning
MIS & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Strong command on Advance excel and data management.
Track secondary sales, targets, and KPIs
Highlight discrepancies and performance gaps
