The Sales Coordinator / CRM Executive will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing customer relationships, coordinating order processing, and ensuring seamless communication between clients, production, and logistics. Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Serve as the primary point of contact for Tier 2 and OEM clients.
Maintain and update CRM databases with customer information, inquiries, and communication logs.
Build long-term relationships with clients to promote repeat business and customer loyalty.
Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on leads, quotations, and pending orders.
2. Sales Coordination
Prepare and issue quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders in coordination with sales and production teams.
Track order status from quotation to dispatch, ensuring adherence to customer delivery schedules.
Liaise with the production, planning, and logistics departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
Monitor pricing, margins, and contract terms to ensure compliance with company policies.
3. OEM / B2B Client Management:
Handle key accounts in Tier 2 and OEM segments, ensuring technical and commercial alignment.
Understand client requirements for sheet metal and engineered components, including specifications, tolerances, and drawings.
Coordinate with engineering and design teams for new product development or sample submissions.
Support in vendor registration processes, audits, and documentation for OEMs.

5. Documentation & Communication:

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
