Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with walk-in and inquiry customers to understand their travel requirements. Share customer details and requirements with the

main branch

for package planning. Coordinate with the

sales and operations team

to receive suitable itineraries and quotations. Present the itinerary and package details to the customers and assist in finalizing bookings. Maintain proper communication between customers and the main branch for any updates or changes. Follow up with customers for feedback, confirmations, and payments. Maintain daily sales records, leads, and follow-up reports. Support in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets for the branch.d customer relationships

Sell the customized holiday packages

to customers and ensure smooth booking completion. Maintain regular follow-up with customers until the booking and payment are completed.
Skills :

Strong communication , coordination and negotiation skills. Good knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and itinerary flow (training will be provided). Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications. Positive attitude, customer-oriented approach, and ability to multitask.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
