Job Description

CRM Management:

Update and maintain accurate customer and sales data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Sales Reporting:

Prepare, analyze, and summarize sales data, reports, and performance metrics for management review.

Documentation:

Organize and maintain essential sales documentation, including contracts, proposals, and customer communications.

Scheduling:

Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and appointments for the sales team.
II. Customer & Order Processing

Order Management:

Process customer orders, requisitions, and invoices with high accuracy and ensure timely tracking through to delivery.

Client Communication:

Act as a key point of contact for customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and delivery status.

Issue Resolution:

Handle customer complaints and issues, liaising with internal teams to provide swift and professional resolutions.

Quotation Prep:

Assist in drafting and sending accurate sales quotations and proposals to clients.
III. Internal Coordination

Cross-Functional Liaison:

Coordinate efforts with other departments, such as Marketing, Logistics, and Finance, to ensure seamless sales execution.

Materials Prep:

Ensure the sales team has adequate and up-to-date sales materials, presentations, and product sheets.

Process Improvement:

Monitor sales processes and identify shortcomings, proposing improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Pay: From ?15,000.00 per month
