You will be responsible for supporting the sales process through efficient coordination with sales partners and internal teams. The role involves order approval, data management, system compliance, tracking dispatches, and ensuring complete operational accuracy. The candidate will work closely with the sales support ecosystem to streamline communication and ensure seamless execution of post-sales processes.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate curiosity, self-learning ability, adaptability to evolving systems and processes, and a strong commitment to accuracy and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Partner Coordination :
Handle inbound/outbound calls and communication with sales partners.Understand partner requirements and provide timely responses.Address and escalate queries when required.
2. Order Management & Approval:
Review and approve orders received from sales partners as per company policies.Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Dispatch, Stores) to ensure orders are processed correctly.
3. Installation Report Verification:
Receive and verify installation reports for completeness and accuracy.Coordinate with service/support team for discrepancies or missing information.
4. Data & System Management:
Maintain accurate sales and installation data in CRM, ERP, and other internal systems.Track and update dispatch status regularly.
5. Dispatch Coordination:
Coordinate with logistics, dispatch and production teams to ensure
on-time and accurate dispatches
as promised to customers/partners.Monitor dispatch timelines and proactively follow-up to avoid delays.
6. Process Improvement & Learning:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement in workflows.Demonstrate
curiosity, self-learning, agility, and adaptability
to rapidly changing internal processes, technologies, and tools.
