Post for Sales Coordinator in Ahmedabad.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support: Assist with proposals, order processing and customer enquiries. Maintain customer data bases and generate sales report.
2. Client Management: Contacting the clients and resolving the issues. Support lead follow up and conversion.
3. Order Coordination: Oversee order process from receipt to delivery. Coordinate with logistics for timely fulfilment and handle discrepancies.
4. Sales Administration: Prepare sales documentation and presentations. Organize and maintain sales record.
5. Team collaboration: Work with sales, marketing and customer service teams. Participate in sales meetings, support sales strategies.
Skill Set:
5+ years of experience in supporting sales teams, managing client relations and coordinating sales activities .
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Detail-oriented and analytical, ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
Self-managed, ready to learn, punctual and hard working.
