  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue targets in the domestic market.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve team performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and customer needs to ensure the company remains competitive. Provide accurate sales forecasts and action plans to meet short-term and long-term business goals.
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with key clients to secure deals and ensure favorable terms.
  • Track and evaluate sales performance, provide feedback, and implement strategies to address performance gaps.
  • Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to senior management, highlighting key achievements and challenges.
  • Ensure the team has a deep understanding of the companys products and services, enabling them to effectively promote the brand in the market.
Qualification:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
