Role Overview

Gouri Aqua Plast is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Sales Coordinator

to bridge the gap between our field sales team, our dealers, and government subsidy departments. You will be responsible for managing the sales workflow specifically for drip and sprinkler irrigation systems, ensuring that all subsidy-related documentation is accurate and processed timely to facilitate smooth transactions.

Key Responsibilities1. Subsidy Documentation & Compliance

Manage the end-to-end documentation for state and central government subsidy schemes (e.g., PMKSY - Per Drop More Crop). Coordinate with farmers and dealers to collect necessary paperwork (7/12 extract, Aadhaar, bank details, etc.). Upload and track applications on government portals (e.g., MahaDBT or relevant state portals).

2. Sales Operations & Coordination

Act as the primary point of contact between the field sales team and the production/dispatch department. Process sales orders for drip pipes, sprinklers, and PVC fittings, ensuring stock availability. Maintain updated records of sales targets vs. actuals for the region.

3. Dealer & Customer Support

Handle inquiries from dealers regarding order status, pricing, and dispatch timelines. Maintain a database of leads and follow up with prospective clients who have expressed interest in micro-irrigation systems. Resolve billing discrepancies and coordinate with the accounts department for payment collections.

4. Reporting

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, including subsidy status updates (Pending/Sanctioned/Disbursed). Monitor competitor pricing and market trends in the agricultural pipe industry.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Industry Experience:

Minimum 2 years in the agricultural sector, specifically dealing with

Drip and Sprinkler irrigation

.

Technical Knowledge:

Familiarity with the technical specifications of HDPE/PVC pipes and micro-irrigation components.

Subsidy Expertise:

Proven experience navigating government subsidy portals and understanding the legal requirements for agri-subsidies.

Software Skills:

Proficiency in MS Excel (v-lookup, pivot tables) and ERP software.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and [Local Language, e.g., Marathi/Hindi].

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
