The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales coordination and client communication, particularly in the trading industry. This role is critical for managing credit control, payment follow-ups, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely responses and support.Key Responsibilities:- Payment Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with clients for outstanding payments, maintain payment status reports, and ensure timely collections.- Credit Control: Monitor and manage client credit limits and payment cycles in coordination with the accounts department.- Quotation Management: Prepare and send accurate and timely quotations to customers based on enquiries or instructions from the sales team.- Enquiry Handling: Attend and respond to customer queries received via phone or email in a professional and timely manner.- Sales Coordination: Support the sales team with order processing, documentation, and maintaining customer records.- Documentation: Maintain and update sales records, quotation logs, and payment tracking systems.- Customer Interaction: Serve as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication between them and the internal team.- Reporting: Prepare and share regular reports related to sales performance, payment status, and pending quotations with the management.Key Skills & Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude (ref:updazz.com)
