- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.- Ensuring the adequacy of Stocks as per the store capacity- Responding to queries of the store teams and full-filling special Orders with the help of Merchandising team.- Making Regular Visits to the Showroom and Checking all Processes are followed and Brand Upkeep is as per the set standards.- Coordinate with Merchandise team at regular intervals to ensure the stores are adequately supplied with stocks .- Conduct daily and weekly meetings with the store teams to promote sales and collect any product related feedback.- Update the Sales, Supply and Stocks for the respective zone on weekly basis to the brand manager.- Train/Motivate and Drive the sales teams to achieve their monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Yearly targets for their Zone.- Should provide necessary training for all the new collection launches and promote sales of the collection till the desired sell through is achieved.- Should have constant reviews with Merchandising and Inventory teams on Stocks movements in consultation with the brand manager.- Should be able to prepare and present the monthly performance reports to the brand managerQualifications :1. Should be a Graduate.2. Should be fluent in English, Hindi and Any Local language.3. Should be well versed with MS Office- Excel, word, Powerpoint.4. Should possess retail Sales knowledge.
