Coordinate daily sales activities, including preparing quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
Follow up with customers for order confirmation, dispatch schedules, and payment status.
Liaise with production, stores, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.
Track and update customer order status, and communicate changes or delays.
Maintain and update sales reports, customer databases, and CRM entries.
Support marketing executives in lead tracking, customer queries, and follow-ups.
Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and MIS for management.
Handle documentation for new customer onboarding and ensure compliance with internal processes.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, or escalations.
Coordinate with the accounts department for billing and payment reconciliations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
2+ years of experience in a sales support/coordinator role (preferably in manufacturing or engineering industries).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP/CRM systems preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
