Role Overview
The
Sales & Coordination
role focuses on
digital lead handling, communication, and internal coordination
. This position supports the sales and business development teams through structured follow-ups and data management.
There are no individual sales targets for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Lead Management
Handle incoming digital inquiries from websites, portals, and campaigns
Respond via email, WhatsApp, CRM, and phone calls
Qualify leads and forward them to the relevant sales teams
Sales Support & Coordination
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams
Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups
Share program details, brochures, and official communications
Data & Reporting
Maintain accurate lead records in CRM and Excel
Prepare daily and weekly follow-up reports
Track inquiry status and response timelines
Process & Communication
Ensure professional communication with prospects
Support B2C and franchise teams with coordination and documentation
Follow internal SOPs and compliance standards
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
1-4 years of experience in digital sales support / coordination
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
