We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and well-spoken Inside Sales Executive (Female) to support our sales team.
This role primarily involves calling incoming leads, understanding their requirements, following up, and arranging meetings
No field work, No sales targets, No commission pressure

Key Responsibilities
- Call incoming leads and enquiries
- Understand customer requirements and share basic product information
- Build a friendly rapport with customers over calls
- Arrange meetings or store visits for the sales team
- Follow up with interested customers
- Maintain simple records of calls and follow-ups
- Coordinate smoothly with the internal sales team

Requirements
Gender: Female
- Experience in sales, telecalling, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Good communication and listening skills
- Comfortable speaking on calls
- Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, Word, Email)
- Organized, polite, and customer-friendly attitude
- Enthusiastic personality with a natural interest in talking to people and building rapport
Languages: Hindi, Gujarati & basic English
Experience
: Sales / Calling experience: 1 year preferred
