: Sales & Coordination Executive (Fenestration Industry - UK Client Support)

BE Mechanical (preferred) or Civil Engineering

Shift Timing:

1:30 PM - 10:30 PM (Hybrid Mode)

Week Offs:

Alternate Saturdays off (1st & 3rd)

Role Overview



We are urgently hiring a Sales & Coordination Executive with a strong mechanical background and experience in the fenestration (doors & windows) industry. The selected candidate must be ready for

international travel to the UK/Europe

to understand client requirements, processes, and product specifications.

Passport is mandatory for this position.



This role involves managing Google Ads leads, outbound sales calls, customer coordination, and factory communication.

Key Responsibilities Lead Management & Sales



Manage Google leads: follow-ups, tracking, and quick responses. Handle inbound and outbound sales calls. Close inquiries generated through Google Ads. Convert warm leads into confirmed orders.

Client Coordination & UK Alignment



Travel to

UK/Europe

as required to understand client needs and project scope. Participate in client meetings, requirement gathering, and product discussions. Coordinate closely with UK teams, ensuring clarity on production and installation requirements.

Customer Support & Technical Understanding



Respond to customer queries and explain technical details of doors/windows. Coordinate with the factory for production updates, timelines, and order execution. Ensure seamless communication between customers, sales, and operations teams.

Documentation & Reporting



Maintain lead reports, call logs, and coordination notes. Share daily updates on lead status and closures.

Candidate Requirements



BE Mechanical/ Civil preferred

or equivalent technical qualification.

Immediate Joinner.

Passport is mandatory

(due to travel requirement). Experience in

International sales and Out bound calls.

Strong communication skills. Comfortable with outbound sales calls and lead closure. Strong follow-up discipline and coordination abilities. Ready for international travel at short notice.
