Position : Sales coordination (Technical)

Work location; Mulund (W), 6 days a week, 8hrs a day

Reporting to : AGM / GM

Job Summary:

Systematic Industries Limited is looking for a

dynamic and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer

with 1-2 years of experience to support our

Cable Business Sales Operations

. The role involves handling sales enquiries, customer coordination, internal follow-ups, and supporting the sales team to ensure timely order closures and smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, review, and manage

sales enquiries

related to cable products. Communicate with customers via

calls, emails, and meetings

to understand technical and commercial requirements. Prepare and share enquiry details with the

Sales Manager / Senior Management

for pricing and strategy. Coordinate internally with

production, planning, dispatch, and finance teams

to ensure feasibility and timelines. Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and

order closures

with customers. Track order status and ensure

timely execution and dispatch

. Maintain proper documentation related to enquiries, quotations, orders, and customer communication. Act as a

single point of contact

between customers and internal teams for assigned enquiries.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

Basic understanding of

electrical cables / wire products

(preferred). Strong

communication and coordination skills

. Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into actionable inputs. Good follow-up and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in

MS Excel, Email communication, and ERP systems

(if any). Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
