Key Responsibilities

Coordinate closely with internal sales teams and external stakeholders to streamline daily operations. Monitor and follow-up on leads, proposals, and client communication. Maintain client databases, documentation, reports, and scheduling. Assist in the preparation of quotations, contracts, and business presentations. Resolve operational issues and ensure high standards of service delivery. Work under pressure while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility & Skills

8+ years

of experience in

sales coordination

within

oil, gas, or petroleum

verticals. Strong command of

CRM systems, Excel

, and presentation tools. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented and adaptable, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
