Job Summary:

We are seeking a persuasive, confident, and energetic

Sales Convincer

to join our growing team. You will be responsible for attracting potential customers, effectively explaining product/service features, and converting leads into sales. Ideal for individuals who enjoy interaction, influencing decisions, and working in a goal-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Approach potential customers via calls, walk-ins, or field visits (depending on the nature of the job). Clearly explain product/service benefits and resolve customer doubts or objections. Convince customers to purchase or sign up for the product/service. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain and update customer database and call logs. Follow up with interested leads and ensure timely conversion. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to optimize customer reach. Provide feedback from customers to improve service quality.

Requirements:

High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field. Proven communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to confidently interact and persuade customers. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software is a plus).
