contract lifecycle
, from negotiation and drafting to execution, performance monitoring, payment follow-up and closeout.
Tendering & Negotiation:
Shall be responsible for drafting and submitting PSU Tender Documents & shall Lead the negotiation of complex contractual terms and conditions (including price, scope, schedule, and risk allocation) with clients.
Vendor Registration:
Shall be responsible for applying and renewal of Vendor registration with various PSU/Private Firms.
Drafting & Review:
Draft, review, and finalize a high volume of contracts, such as
Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC)
contracts, service agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and joint-venture agreements, ensuring they meet legal requirements in consultation with designated Legal Firm.
Account Management:
Shall be responsible for contacting customers for payment collection, Monitoring and managing a portfolio of delinquent or overdue customer accounts to track payment status and recovery progress.
Risk Mitigation:
Proactively identify, analyze, and manage contractual risks (e.g., commercial, legal, performance, schedule) and develop effective mitigation strategies.
Compliance:
Ensure strict adherence to all contractual obligations, internal company policies, and relevant local and international legal/regulatory requirements.
Dispute Resolution:
Lead the process for resolving contractual disputes, claims, and change orders. This shall often involve preparing and defending claims and engaging with legal firm.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date records of all contractual documents, correspondence, and changes.
