The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify new opportunities, build relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth across all sales channels. You will be the key driver of our sales strategy, ensuring that our sales processes align with the overall business goals. Experience in the Customer Relationship Centre sector is preferred.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing strategies.Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies that align withthe company's goals, including market analysis, target setting, and sales forecasting.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
to meet their requirements.Full Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the sale, including negotiation and contract management.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development,and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product alignment
with market needs.Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to strategies to meet or exceed targets.Market Intelligence: Stay up updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide insights that influence sales strategy and
product offerings.Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and customer feedback for senior management.Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
2-6 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within a 360-degree sales environment or in end-to-end sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of sales principles, processes, and techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
