Handle inbound and outbound leads for immigration programs (Canada, Australia, UK, Europe, etc.).
Provide accurate information to clients regarding visa categories, eligibility criteria, and process timelines.
Counsel clients and convert potential leads into successful sales closures.
Conduct follow-ups via calls, emails, and messages to maintain engagement and ensure conversions.
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Maintain records of client interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
Assist clients with documentation and application guidelines as required.
Stay updated with immigration rules, policy changes, and market trends.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in immigration sales or overseas education/consulting.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to handle pressure, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of major immigration programs (preferred).
Basic computer proficiency and CRM knowledge.
